90-150 m³/h Oil-Free High-Pressure Oxygen Cylinder Filling Compressor

An oxygen compressor is a device used to increase the pressure of oxygen for its transportation or storage.

There are two common types of medical oxygen compressors. The first is used in hospital PSA oxygen generators that need to boost pressure for supply to various wards and operating rooms. It provides a pipeline pressure of 7-10 bar. The second type is necessary for storing oxygen from PSA units in high-pressure containers for convenient use. Storage pressure is typically 100 bar(g), 150 bar(g), 200 bar(g), or 300 bar(g).

Industrial applications of oxygen compressors include boosting low-pressure oxygen for VSA applications in steel plants, paper mills, and water treatment plants.

Fully oil-free oxygen cylinder filling compressors come with two cooling methods: air-cooled and water-cooled, featuring a vertical structure. The Bailian series of high-reliability oil-free oxygen compressors are distinguished by excellent performance, stable operation, high energy efficiency, and a long service life. They are widely used for oxygen supply, in chemical processes, and for oxygen supply in high-altitude regions. Combined with an oxygen generator, they form a simple and safe high-pressure oxygen supply system.

In Bailian oil-free oxygen compressors, friction sealing elements such as piston rings and guide rings are made from a special material with self-lubricating properties.

Design Advantages:

  1. The entire compression system operates without liquid lubrication, eliminating any possibility of oil contact with high-purity, high-pressure oxygen and ensuring machine safety.

  2. The absence of a lubrication and oil distribution system simplifies the machine's structure, making control and operation easier.

  3. The complete absence of oil in the system means no contamination of the compressed medium—oxygen; the oxygen purity at the compressor inlet and outlet is identical.

This cylinder-filling oxygen compressor is suitable for an inlet pressure of 3-4 bar(g) (40-60 psig) and a discharge pressure of 150 bar(g) (2150 psig). It is designed for small PSA oxygen generation systems with a capacity of 90-150 Nm³/h, providing clean oxygen filling services for supplying hospitals in communities and on small islands, as well as for industrial oxygen cutting. It can operate continuously for 24 hours.

Features of this compressor:
It utilizes four-stage compression. The water-cooled version uses stainless steel water coolers, ensuring effective compressor cooling and extending the service life of key wear parts. The inlet is equipped with low inlet pressure protection, and the discharge side has venting devices. Each stage features high-pressure protection, high discharge temperature protection, safety valves, and temperature indication. If temperature or pressure exceeds limits, the system will alarm and stop, ensuring safe operation. The compressor base has forklift pockets, allowing easy relocation between sites.

  7. Brand-name motors. You can specify preferred brands, such as Siemens or ABB.

  8. Supplied to the Japanese market, meeting strict Japanese quality requirements.

  9. Depending on the customer's specific working conditions, the compressor can be designed as single-stage, two-stage, three-stage, or four-stage compression.

  10. Low speed, long life, average speed 260-400 RPM.

  11. Low noise, average noise below 75 dB, can operate quietly in medical fields.

  12. Capable of long-term continuous heavy-duty operation, can run stably for 24 hours without stopping (varies by specific model).
